Once we are fully ready to take commissions, we will open them with all the promised terms, as of now we are still getting ready to start working on commissions, preparing our workplace. For commissions opening, as said before, everyone will be notified who has subscribed to our newsletter. Please keep in mind we are just starting out as a business. Thank you for understanding.
Terms of service

General conditions
Even though we aim to bring all types of creations to life, we have the right to decline a service if we are not comfortable making it. Those include:

showing a character you would like a commission of and not having rights to it;

not proving that you are 18+ (we do not accept commissions/ purchases from minors, we would then need proof of a parent/guardian agreeing to the purchase);

a person that is harmful to the community or other people, animals.
In order to prevent getting fake requests, when contacting in regard of a commission, we ask for your personal details such as your full name, email, phone number and address. If you are not sure or may not be comfortable sharing such information, do not contact us here, however, you may ask questions on any of our socials about our products and at some point we will release "Frequently asked questions" for you to get all the information you are looking for or add upon to the list.
Payment
Payment options:
To keep your information safe, we will only use PayPal for now, however, we have plans to move to Stripe
Payment plans:
We accept payment plans such as paying in smaller sums for up to 3 months (90 days). Most likely work will not begin if we do not collect the full amount.

Shipping payment:
Europe: base price: $60 (for heads/ mini partials), depending on the size of the commission the price will vary
US, UK, anywhere outside of Europe: base price: $100 (for heads/ mini partials), depending on the size of the commission the price will vary
Refunds:
Premades: No refunds. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Art commissions: Check the TOS of whichever one of us you want to commission.
Fursuit commissions: You may get 60% of the total back, because of the material cost.
Updates
Our priority is to make communication a breeze and worry-free. We promise to deliver updates 2 times a week. If we cannot finish a commission due to an emergency, we will notify and give you a refund.
First update you will receive is of your quote, second is of the materials being ordered for your commission, once the materials arrive we will begin the process of bringing your character to life, sending you further updates. Once the fursuit is finished, we ask for shipment payment, which concludes the process. You may track the shipping progress of your fursuit with the included tracking number.
We do not have deadlines. To avoid stress while working on your commission, we can give an estimate time of when it will be made, from then you will get updates until it is done. If you want it to be done by a specific time period, you may pay a rush fee, then your commission will be our top priority.
Communication
We have a variety of choices on where would you like to get updates. But to get them you must first contact us on our business email through filling a form, if the form is not filled, we will not be able to accept your commission. After we accept you commission you may choose from the following: instagram, X, telegram or our business email.
Quality
No suit is perfect, but we work on them the best we can to get the highest quality possible, so it could last for many years. We improve with every suit/artwork we make, but our work is still medium to high quality, there might be some fur that is trimmed too much, a seam that is showing, we are working on improving every day, and before selling, the suit has three check-ups, to make sure there are no mistakes made, if there are, we fix them. If you want it repaired, we would be glad to do so, but it would require shipping on your part, repairing is free. We do not offer refurbishings at this time.
